Our Holiday Villa's are situated in Kontiolahti, North-Karelia, Finland. The largest Villa's are suitable for social gatherings, representation's and celebrations. Each Holiday house has own private beach and are only 10 to 35 meters away from the shore of Lake Höytiäinen.

Our customers have a change to rent different equipment for example bicycle, canoes and winter sledges. From nearby area you can find multible activities from golf to horse trekking and also alpine skiing. Also try Finnish latest invention, Nordic Walking. You can find nice easy nature trails or hard hiking routes for normal trekking.
